Care Coordinator (Part Time)

The Care Coordinator has a mix of office and field responsibilities. 

Office work is scheduling client/caregiver shifts; client and caregiver phone intake; caregiver interviewing, orientation, and onboarding; and other general administrative tasks. 

Field work is client assessments (new and follow up) and emergency caregiving (during your regular work hours).

The position requires 20-25 hours per week (spread among weekdays). The schedule is flexible/negotiable.

High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred

One year of experience in caregiving; experience coordinating health care preferred

Willing to travel in personal vehicle to visit clients and caregivers

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance

Highly professional and dependable

Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress

Able to maintain satisfactory relationships with clients, family, and team members

Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
